Through the eyes of a botanist and the creative mind of an artist, my work explores the paradoxical relationship of dependency and detachment that defines our interactions with the natural world. Nature provides both inspiration and evidence, revealing subtle yet vital signs of life that speak to ephemerality and resilience. By bringing these signs forward, I address pressing issues of climate change, sustainability, and social adaptation.
Working across a wide range of forms and media—from discarded materials transformed into sculptural pieces to raw natural elements captured through photography and soundscapes—I merge the organic with the human-made. My goal is to invite audiences into reflective and peaceful dialogue about the tensions and interconnections between environmental and social challenges.
